We hope that you never have to return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you if you do. The order was damaged when received
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. Under the return policy, the customer has to notify us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please email the details to us regarding the damaged online orders at dhyaja.com@gmail.com Incorrect items received In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the required items to you once we receive the incorrect ones sent to you (please read the Return Policy mentioned below for further clarification). Return Policy
Once the customer has decided that certain items and/or the entire order need to be returned, the customer has to follow the process mentioned below:
Notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any delay caused might lead to the cancellation of the whole process. You need to mail the details (product photographs of the faulty/wrong items received, the invoice, and the Package in which you received the products) for online orders at dhyaja.com@gmail.com
Once you get a confirmation from our side that the items can be exchanged or delivered, you will have to courier those to us (in case of wrong item received) as well. Once we receive the items, we will ship the products and also refund the money you spent on the courier.
In the case of receiving a wrong product, damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible for our customers.
1. Reverse Pickup:
We will initiate a reverse pickup from your address once your return request is approved. This applies to wrong, damaged, or faulty products.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement:
To ensure clarity and transparency, we request you to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video acts as evidence of the product condition upon arrival.
3. Return Request Submission:
Please email the following details to dhyaja.com@gmail.com
- Photographs of the faulty/wrong product(s)
- A copy of the Invoice
- Picture of the outer package with the shipping label clearly visible
- The unboxing video (or a link to it, if file size is large)
- Approval Process:
Once we verify the submitted materials and confirm your eligibility for a return or exchange, we will initiate the reverse pickup. - Quality Check & Refund/Replacement:
After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Upon successful verification:
1. A refund or replacement will be processed.
2. You will be notified via email regarding the resolution.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation by Us
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with us, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. We will inform about the cancellation within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
Product No Longer Available With us or Temporarily Out of Stock
Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
Non-Serviceable Locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
Cancellations by the Customer In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
